4th of July

We didn't know when we would be leaving for sure, but we wanted to make sure we were here for the 4th of July. It is always a fun time and we have many traditions we like to do. We are grateful almost all of our packing was done and we could enjoy a day of fun. We started our day by heading over to see Grandma and Ryan. Afterwards we drove over to the Summerlin Parade. Each year the parade gets better and better.

Driving to the parade.

Sitting at the parade trying our best to stay out of the hot, hot sun.

Cam was super excited to see all of the floats, fire trucks, people and other things in the parade.

Cam has always loved balloons. A huge balloon came by and Cam started to run out to get it. All of told Cam he couldn't get that balloon. This is a picture of him watching the balloon go up the road. He was a little upset he couldn't run and touch it or hold it.

Here is the balloon he wanted.

We always leave before the parade is completely finished. Here are some pictures of us leaving the parade.

Kade loved the hanging rope Bryan attached to the tree. Kyle was going to attempt it but kept deciding not to do it. Erica and Jeff were always there to cheer them on and help them. Cam loved swimming.

Here is Connor attempting to jump in the pool with Erica catching him He was kind of worried about it so I think the first time I gave a little nudge.

Firework time!!

Cam absolutely loved the fireworks! He was so excited whenever they went off. I was excited because this was the first time I really saw Cam jumping (it was something we had been working on with his PT).

What a fun 4th of July and a fun day right before we had to leave.
