Fun with Cousins and Santa Picture

Aubrey and Cam enjoyed playing on the kindles together.

 Cam snuggling on his bed.

Cam had an appointment with his previous physiotherapist, Debby, at the children's museum. We were lucky enough to take Aubrey with us. It was nice having a little girl in the mix. All of the kids had a really fun time at the museum. Debby helped us to know that we are doing exactly what Cam needs us to be doing.

Aubrey is absolutely adorable!

 Cam walking up the stairs.

 Kade doing pull ups.

Painting a nutcracker. All of them were really focused on what they were doing, especially Aubrey.

Their favorite part was the water area. They seriously got soaked. Aubrey really didn't want to wear the rain jacket so she was really wet. They were really funny though. They noticed a dryer on the wall and tried to dry themselves off with it.

Our final with Debby! We really appreciate the time she spent with Cam and everything she did for him previously.

Later that day we went to Town Square it take pictures with Santa. Afterwards we went out to dinner.

Cam playing before everyone else came.

 By the enormous Christmas tree.

 On the train.

Our 2016 Santa picture. It was so nice visiting a real Santa.

Dinner at Silverton

We had the opportunity to go out to dinner with Grandpa Strickland, Great Grandma and Grandpa Strickland, Jeff, Erica, and Parker, and some of our favorite returned missionaries. Except for Jeff and Erica, they all traveled to see us from Utah. We are so grateful for all of these loved ones! We really enjoyed catching up with everyone, especially since it had been a couple of years since we last saw them.

We wanted to see Santa, but he was already gone. The employee was nice enough to take a picture of all of us, minus Grandpa and Grandma.

Thanks for the wonderful dinner! We were looking forward to seeing everyone the next day for Kyle's baptism.

Las Vegas, Here We Come

After 2.5 years we are finally headed back home. We are so excited to see everyone. We look forward to meeting Parker and Emily and seeing Aubrey again.

At the ferry terminal.

Traveling through the new Hong Kong-Macau-Zhuhai bridge. It will be done at the end of 2017.

While waiting for the plane we found a Disney store. We had to buy Cam this adorable Santa Mickey. That way he has one to go with his Easter Bunny Mickey.

Walking to the plane. The Hong Kong airport is really big. While walking I realized this is our first time traveling from Hong Kong.

Cam had to give him a hug.

Waiting some more.

Finally boarding the airplane. We were allowed to board first. That way we could get situated for our 15 hour flight.

Arrived in Teaxas. Taking the tram to immigration. Immigartion here wasn't that fun. It was much harder to get through immigration here then in Hong Kong. The line was super long and, even though we weren't in China anymore, people were still cutting. Oh well! Patience is a virtue.

Our next plane headed to Las Vegas.

We could tell we were in Las Vegas from all of the slot machines. Some people in Macau don't believe me when I tell them slot machines are everywhere, even th airport, grocery stores, and gas stations.

We were so happy to see everyone. Grandma brought us balloons that said "Welcome Home". As we were leaving a lady was smiling and seemed to be looking for a returned missionary. I think she was probably a little disappointed when she didn't see one. It was really nice being back, even though we were exhausted.

The next day we headed over to Jeff and Erica's. We were so happy to see our loving and adorable little dog. She is getting so old and fragile. We missed her so much. It was also fun spending more time with Parker and getting to know him a little bit more.

Cam loved holding her and giving her kisses.

She was waiting for the kids to drop food from their chairs.

A beautiful rainbow. We rarely see rainbows in Macau.

Chloe sleeping in her bed.

Becky, Aubrey and Emily arrived. Of course they had to get into the hot tub. They also jumped in the pool and then hurried back into the hot tub.

So much fun! We are excited for the next couple of weeks!
