Kade's Pot Luck/Valentine's Day

The day before Valentine's Day Kade's class had a pot luck for lunch. They were awarded this from their because all of the students not only met their AR reading goals, but also finished two weeks ahead of schedule. Cam always loves going to Kade's class. The older kids think he is really cute.

Cam enjoying some "dirt" dessert I made for the pot luck.

Eric's Valentine present to me, a Tiffany heart ring. I will take a picture and post it soon.

Eric and Kade went to Hong Kong earlier that day to make sure Nana and Papa arrived to Macau safely. The boys and I had to take some items to the church. After we rode the bus we had to wait for the shuttle. There is a little coffee shop close by so we stopped to buy some doughnuts. Yum! Since nobody really celebrates Valentine's Day here in Macau it didn't really feel like a holiday. Even though I think this is a crappy holiday, I did miss helping the boys with Valentines to hand out to classmates and giving them something special in their individual Valentine jars. However, it was better than last year (Eric was in the ER the night before Valentine's Day last year).

Later we walked over to the Holiday Inn to catch up with Eric, Kade, Starr and Roy. We walked through the Four Seasons

On our way there we saw the missionaries talking to a construction worker. It is always exciting seeing them in action. They are in the far distance with a guy in a bright yellow vest.

Part of the Four Seasons. It is gorgeous!

Pretty flowers for Valentine's Day.

We hope everyone had a wonderful Valentine's Day!! We love you and miss you!
