Miscelleneous Pictures with Sister Gina

Many of the Filipino sisters here love taking pictures after church. Sister Gina took a bunch of Cam and Baylor and sent them to me. Here they are.

With Baylor

I love this picture of them waving hi. In the background is Baylor's mom Julie, and Sister Gina's sister Rissa (she was just baptized in December).

Ryan (one of the boys' favorite guys here in Macau). Eric and I will probably be going to his wedding in the Philippines in November.

In this picture is Sister Adora (I think), Sister Vera (Cam and Baylor's nursery teacher), Sister Jennifer (holding Baylor), Julie and Harper, Kade and I. Looks like Kade was having too much fun on my phone to smile for the picture. ;)

With Courtney, one of the Young Women we teach.

It is so nice serving with Sister Gina. She is an incredible, hard working and faithful person. We love her to pieces!!!

Connor's 5th Birthday

On Monday we were suppose to go to the Clubhouse for the Chinese New Year Celebration. There was suppose to be yummy food, a dragon dance and lots of fun. However, this was one of those not very fun parenting moments. Both Eric and I asked the boys to clean up their rooms since Friday. They always said they did, but when I went in there it was a disaster. So, instead of having fun we cleaned up their rooms. Here are some pictures some friends took that shows the fun we missed out on.

Oh well! There is always next year! :)

Monday night Eric took Connor to Kid's Cavern to pick out some of his presents. Connor back with a lot more presents than I thought. Eric kind of spoiled him, but it is his big 5th birthday. He was so excited to be able to go with Eric and pick out his presents. He came home really happy with what he had brought home. The next morning we surprised them with a fun trip to "Shrekfast" in Sands Cotai Central (Holiday Inn).

This is the kind of weather we woke up to. The fog was so bad we couldn't even see the tower next to us.

The cute birthday boy!!

On our way to Sands Cotai Central.

The buildings almost disappearing because of the fog.

I love how the boys are so excited to wear the birthday hat. It is a fun tradition we have with them. Cam was even taking it and putting it on his head. I am sure he looks forward to when he cam wear it in May.

Waiting to meet up with daddy.

While I was trying to take an individual picture of Kyle Kade kept trying to photo bomb it. I got a little bit upset with him so he decided to pout and not be part of the group picture. Cam is telling him to be in the picture in this picture.

Walking with daddy to "Shrekfast".

Right before we picked out our food. There was a lot of food. It was really yummy!!

Cam is really excited for everything!!

What the room looks like.

Shrek, Fionna and Puss n Boots came out first.

Then Tigress and Kung Fu Panda.

Cam wanted to give him a hug.

Alex, Gloria and the penguins were next.

All of the boys were super excited to see Mr. Peabody and Sherman. They love that show.

I don't know how this picture turned out the way it did. Maybe somebody was taking a picture and my phone caught their flash....Anyways, it is a cute picture so I had to include it.

So sweet of him giving Cam a hug!!!

Toothless and the girl from "How to Train Your Dragon".

Cam saying bye or giving a high 5.

After it was over we walked back home. The top of our building was engulfed in the fog.

They thought this statue is pretty funny.

Our family!!!

Once we were home everyone just relaxed and played. Connor really enjoys playing with his new toys. Kade and Kyle really want to help him build his legos.

When Eric got home we ate and sang "Happy Birthday" to him. He was thrilled about me making his cake, even though it turned out just like all the rest I have made here (I did make the frosting from scratch this time though). Another tradition we have is eating on the "You Are Special" plate. I am glad I was able to order Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle items for his birthday.

One of the Legos they made.

Singing "Happy Birthday" and blowing out candles.

Happy 5th Birthday Connor!! We love you so much and are so grateful you are part of our family!!

Coming soon....a little bit about Connor.
