Hong Kong-Day 3 DISNEYLAND!!!!

All of us were so excited to go to Disneyland. As soon as we woke up we hurried to get dress and leave. We thought getting to Disneyland was going to take a long time. We probably should have had some breakfast before we left but we thought we find somewhere to eat on our way there.

Waiting again for the MTR.

Some views we saw on our way to Disneyland when the train wasn't under ground.

Cam thought he was big enough to get out of his stroller and hold on to the pole.

Waiting for the train to take us to Disneyland. This was our final stop. We had two or three changes before this one.

The Disneyland MTR train was awesome. All of the windows were shaped like Mickey's head and even the hand holders were shaped like his head. It was a very nice train. The seats were comfortable and soft.

The train!

Walking to the entrance. We arrived a lot faster than we anticipated so there was hardly anyone there yet.

Waiting at the entrance gate. While we were waiting these two Disneyland workers came up to us and asked if we wanted to help them open up Disneyland. Each day they pick a group to do this. We just happened to be picked. We were so ecstatic about that!

They gave us a ton of this little stickers. Cam loved putting them on his head and was more interested in doing that than posing for pictures with us.

All of the workers that were opening up Disneyland with us.

Doing Mickey ears.

Looking at all the stickers and cards they gave us.

Connor is holding the Mickey lock and Cam is holding the key. Cam figured out the key belonged to the lock. He tried to "unlock" the lock.

Here we are saying "Welcome to Disneyland Hong Kong! 3-2-1 Open".

After they opened the doors we still had to wait a half hour for the rides to open. We were so hungry so pleased to see Mickey Mouse waffles. They were incredibly delicious! In one ear of the plate there was chocolate syrup. The other ear had maple syrup. They also put whip cream in each of the Mickey Mouse waffle ears. It was a very satisfying breakfast. Once we were done we were ready to go on the rides.

The entrance looked almost exactly like California, just a little bit smaller.

Cam was thrilled to meet Mickey Mouse. He saw him and wanted to cut everybody in line, but we made sure he waited his turn.

Giving Mickey a big hug!

The building in the far distant is the castle. It is so much smaller than the castle at Disneyland CA.

Our scrumptious breakfast!

Our first ride was the space roller coaster. Connor and Kyle were stoked to go on it. They were laughing and excitedly waiting, However, once we were off the ride it was a completely different story. Kyle was mad at me for "making" him go on the ride.

Can't see Connor's face, but this picture speaks for itself. Kyle was terrified of the ride. Maybe he will change his mind when he is a little bit bigger.

This is where Eric and Cam waited for us.

Our next ride was one of the boys' favorites. The cars! We thought Kade was big enough to take one of the boys with him. After Eric left with Connor we found out Kade wasn't old enough. I ended up taking Kyle and Cam while Kade waited for Eric and Connor to come back around. As we were about finished with the ride we noticed where Eric and Connor were. As we drove up to get out, because of Kade, we were able to take another trip around the track. This ride was definitely well worth the 45 minute wait (which was the longest wait of the whole day).

The ride against the mountain is "It's a Small World". Definitely a lot smaller. As you can see from this picture it wasn't crowded at all. We practically walked on to "It's a Small World".

Scenes from the ride.

Right outside "It's a Small World".

Pooh Bear ride.

The Carousel which we did not even attempt to ride on because we knew we would get really dizzy. The boys were a little bummed.

One of the big differences is Toy Story Land. There were a few fun rides in this part of Disneyland too.

The haunted house.

A small replica of the manor.

Ride to be scared!!

Cam and Connor were too little to ride the water log ride so they pretended they were on the ride.

Watching as everyone goes by. We were able to see the boys on the ride.

Don't ya love all the stickers on Cam's back and his little bum?!?!

Jungle ride.

Our last ride was the parachute ride in Toy Story Land.

We had such a fun experience at Disneyland. The day was fun and, because it was not crowded and the weather was cool, was somewhat relaxing. We were able to ride on all of the rides we wanted to, see all of the shows we wanted to see, eat as much caramel popcorn, churros and hot dogs we wanted. It was a good, good day!!

Our night time view from the hotel room. We were sad our vacation was ending already.
