Hong Kong-Day 2

On Tuesday we headed up to the Peak. We thought it was going to be somewhat of a nice day but it turned out to be really foggy and a little cold. It was still a fun time seeing so many things we have never seen before.

Waiting for the MTR to take us close to the Peak.

Cam loved his stroller!

There are a ton of really super tall buildings in Hong Kong.

We walked through this beautiful park while we finished our hot chocolate from Starbuck's. It was a very peaceful place.

More buildings.

A beautiful church on our way up the hill to the peak.

Looking at some cool artifacts before we get on the tram headed up the really big hill to the Peak.

On the tram.

We had to ride several escalators to get to the top floor where the observation deck was. Connor is holding his ticket.

Shopping area.

My view of Cam from his stroller.

What we saw of Hong Kong. Not much since it was so foggy.

They gave each of us headphones and a device that told us exactly what everything was. The boys thought it was really fun.

Outside the shopping area.

We ate at McDonald's and afterwards they played at this really fun playground.

Pictures from our way down. It started to clear up a little.

Luckily we were able to get a picture taken where the worker changed the background to a perfectly clear view of what we would have seen if it hadn't of been foggy.

When we were done we headed back to the hotel for a little nap. Once we were rested we headed out to all the famous markets that were right by our hotel. We were able to visit the bird, fish, flower and Ladies Market. There were a lot of people around, especially at the Ladies Market.

Swimming at the hotel. There was the cutest little kids pool the boys just loved to play in.

When they were done we headed back to our room for a warm bath and bedtime. All of the boys were really looking forward to Wednesday. That is Disneyland day!!!
