Cams field trip to Macau Science Center/Mother's Day Tea Party

Cam's PK class went on a field trip to the science center. It was exciting to go there during this time because the big yellow duck that travels the world was right by the center and there was also a dinosaur exhibition going on. I love going on field trips with Cam. When the other boys go on field trips to the science center I don't get to go because they are trying to promote "independence".

We could see the duck on our way their from the bridge.

I took this picture because when we first moved here there was nothing but water. Look at how built up is becoming now. This area will connect Macau and Zhuhai to the Hong Kong bridge. This bridge is supposed to be done by the end of next year. It will be interesting if we are able to drive on it. Supposedly some it is a tunnel that is underwater, like some MTR tunnels in Hong Kong.

Arriving at the science center.

Looking at the enormous yellow duck.

Playing in the music part.

Watching the robots dance.

I asked Cam to act like he was scared of the dinosaurs. These are his "scary" faces.

When we had free play Cam really wanted to go play in the water area. Him and his friend Tommy had a blast in there.

 In the "construction" zone.

Right before we left to head back to the school.

Later that afternoon all of the 1st grade classes were having a Mother's Day Tea Party. It was so fun seeing Kyle so excited to serve me a cookie and drink. He also had a fun little "fact sheet" written about me.

They sang a fun song to all of the moms.

This was a really fun day! It is always good to have days like this when the housework and everything else don't matter. I just get to spend time with the boys.
